මේකේ යම් දත්ත සටහනක් තියනවා. දැනගෙන හිටියත් මේකට තාම හරි ප්‍රතිචාරයක් නෑ අපෙන්. එක පැත්තකින් අපිට ජලය නාස්ති කිරීම අඩු කරන්න පුළුවන්. අනිත් අතින්, PET බෝතල් තහනම් කරන්න පුලුචාන් ඒවායේ ජලයෙන් 30% පමණ අපතේ යන නිසා. කසල / ජල ප්‍රශ්න දෙකටම හොඳයි.

DINAMINA: NEWS: නියගයෙන් විපතට කුරුණෑගල ජනතාවට ජලය

නියගයෙන් විපතට පත් කුරුණෑගල දිස්ත්‍රික් ජනතාවට ජලය සැපයීමට ආපදාකළමනාකරන අමාත්‍යංශය මගින් ජලබවුසර් 17 ක් හා ජලටැංකි 500 පමණ ලබා දී ඇති බව කුරුණැගල දිස්ත්‍රික් ආපදා කළමනාකරණ මධ්‍යස්ථානය සඳහන් කරයි. මේ වන විට කුරුණැගල දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ පවුල් 19128 ක පුද්ගලයන් 65.000 කට ආසන්න පිරිසක් පානීය ජලය නොමැති වීමෙන් ආපදාවට ලක්ව ඇත.

DAILY NEWS: NEWS: ADB to provide over US$ 600 mn for water projects upto 2019

This might be important to us. The Asian Development Bank(ADB) will provide over US$ 600 million as loans, grants and identified co financing to Sri Lanka during 2017 to 19 for water and wastewater management, water security and water supply and sanitation projects.

DAILY NEWS:NEWS: Ginganga, Nilwala water diverted to Hambantota
Gin ganga and Nilwala ganga will be diverted to Hambantota as a solution to the acute shortage of water in Hambantota district. NCNSL Matara district members was seriously concerned about the water issue because of impact on Matara. The key issue was to strike a balance between irrigation water and drinking water as far as I am aware.
